My approach is shaped by years of lived experience and professional practice in wellbeing, mental fitness and coaching. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, burnt out or stuck in cycles that don’t serve you. That’s why I keep everything straightforward and relatable. No jargon, no pressure, no need to be flexible or perfect just real movement, honest coaching and space to breathe.
